| 摘 要： | 从防跳继电器与断路器辅助接点动作时间配合着手,分析了一起防跳继电器没动作造成的断路器二次合闸线路故障,断路器压力闭锁拒动,导致母线失灵保护动作,使整条母线失压的事故。对防跳继电器与断路器辅助接点的配合,以及防跳回路的试验提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Because the low-pressure blocking single of the breaker was trigged,the breaker-fail-protection was activated to trip out which led to the outage of the whole bus.In this paper,the time-coordination between the anti-pumping relay and the accessory contracts of the breaker has been investigated,and some proposals have been presented. |
