摘    要:采用熔炼、轧制、冷拉拔工艺制备AuNi5合金丝材,采用熔炼、热挤压、冷拉拔工艺制备CuNi20合金丝材,然后用冷镦式铆钉机镦制AuNi5/CuNi20复合铆钉触点,并对复合铆钉触点的结合强度进行了分析。用户使用结果表明,冷镦式铆钉机能镦制出符合用户使用要求的AuNi5/CuNi20复合铆钉。

Abstract:AuNi5 alloy wires were manufactured by melting, rolling and cold drawing; CuNi20 alloy wires were manufactured by melting, heat extrusion and cold drawing; Two batches AuNi5/CuNi20 bimetal contact rivets were manufactured by cold pressing rivet machine for customer. The result showed that AuNi5/CuNi20 bimetal contact rivets by cold pressing rivet machine could meet customer's requirements.
