双层复合熔剂性球团的开发研究

摘    要:为了改善高炉炉料的冶金性能,提出了中心为高碱度烧结矿、外层为酸性多孔氧化镁质结构的双层复合熔剂性新型球团.试验研究表明:双层复合熔剂性球团的生球强度可满足高炉原料的质量要求,其熟球具有优良的高温冶金性能.该种球团的内核主要由赤铁矿组成,焙烧时中心不会出现过热,并可避免传统酸性球团"还原停滞"问题.动力学分析表明,双层复合熔剂性球团在还原过程中的总阻力低于普通熔剂性球团.

Abstract:A new method to produce complex fluxed pellet has been developed to increase metallurgical properties of BF burden.Based on the lab experiment,it was concluded that: the complex fluxed pellet owns a high basicity sinter core and pellet cover,and has excellent metallurgical properties.The core of complex fluxed pellet was magnetite so the overheating and stagnation of reduction phenomena could be prevented.The analysis shows that the new complex fluxed pellet has lower reduction resistance than others during the reduction process.
