摘    要:针对超临界机组蒸汽参数高这一特点,在锅炉设计和主要设备的金属材料选择使用上提出了一些意见。在运行管理上,应对锅炉过热器、水冷壁、再热器等部位加大状态监测,严格控制汽水品质,对高压阀门实施及时合理的状态检修,认真进行运行维护和停机保养,确保超临界火电机组安全可靠地运行。

Abstract:In view of the feature that the steam parameters of supercritical pressure unit are high,this paper puts forward some opinions on the boiler design and the metal material selection and use of boiler etc.main equipment. In the operation management aspeet,the following works should be well done:to enhance the status monitoring of superheater,water cooling tube wall,reheater etc.locations of boiler; to strictly control the steam and water quality;to implement the timely reasonable condition - based repair of high pressure varves;and to carry out conscien - tiously the operation maintenance and shutdown protection of unit,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of supercritical pressure thermal power unit.
