丁腈橡胶/石墨纳米复合材料的制备、结构及性能研究

摘    要:采用乳液共混、直接共混及溶液共混等方法制备了丁腈橡胶/石墨复合材料,并用电子显微镜和X-射线进行了观察和衍射测试。结果表明,采用乳液共混可以制备出同时具有插层和剥离结构的纳米复合材料。随着石墨用量的增加,所得复合材料的力学性能(特别是小应变下的应力)逐渐提高,同时动态力学性能也有了显著的改善。另外,该复合材料还表现出多种优异的功能特性,如高气密性、高导电性和高导热性、低的摩擦系数和较好的耐磨损性能。

Abstract:NBR/EG composites were prepared by latex compounding,direct blending and solution mixing methods.It was found that through latex compounding method,the NBR/EG nanocomposites could be obtained,with a separated structure.The nano-dispersed graphite layers exhibited remarkable reinforcement,increasing the modulus and strength of the materials,shifting the Tg of the nanocomposites to higher temperature.Moreover,the nano-dispersed EG particles provided NBR better gas barrier property,electrical and thermal conductivity,and also better tribological properties.Those versatile functional properties brought the promising future of rubber/EG nanocomposites for the development of new rubber materials.
