| 摘 要： | 本系统是集散式两级微机控制系统。上位机采用一台IBM-PC机,负责系统的监测和管理。下位机采用新型单片机8098,负责现场的数据采集和实时处理。本系统具有数据显示、数据存盘、工作报表打印以及温度越限声、光报警等功能。它不仅提高了汽车内胎的产品质量、降低了能耗与成本,也提高了企业的管理水平。

| Abstract: | This is the computer control system with two stages of collect-distributor type. The upper computer, an IBM-PC 80386, is responsible for monitoring and management. The lowers, MCS-8098 monolithic processors, are responsible for acquisiting and processing the data on-the-spot. Typically, this system provides the function to data storing, data displaying, report printing, etc. It can alarm workers when the temperature and the pressure in the curing machines are out of the range. Using this system, we have improved the quality of automobile tires, reduced consumption and costs, and developed management to a high level. |
