| 摘 要： | 冷却机性能的好坏及热能的回收，直接影响着窑的稳定运转和系统热耗。安徽巢湖东亚水泥有限责任公司2000t/d生产线选用Claudius Peters HE5-850鱼骨刺型供风组合式冷却机。该冷却机由固定篦床段(配有直接通风的Module和活动篦床段(分5个室，其中I—Ⅲ室为梁室组合式供风)两部分组成，活动篦床段采用双缸液压传动。为能适应窑产量的增幅，冷却机内增设了喷水装置。生产实践表明，该冷却机在各种工况条件下均能稳定正常运行，且各项技术参数均达到设计要求。

| Abstract: | The properties and heat recycling of the cooler directly influence kiln stable operation & system heat comsumption. The fish-bone air supply compound cooler, in 2 000 t/d production line in Dongya Cement Co.,Ltd,Chaohu,Anhui, consists of fixed grate (fit with Module grate plate with direct vent) and movable grate (divided into five chambers, among which, I -III chambers have beam chamber compound air supply), which adopts double-cylinder hydraulic drive. Adapting to kiln output increase, a water spray device is added into cooler. It is proved by production practice that this cooler can operate normally & stably under all kinds of working conditions with every technical parameter reaching design demand. |
