| Abstract: | By introducing the rnanagement method of documents in office automation of an electric company, we discusse some characteristics of the development of kit - nothe, and cometo the conclusion that the reasonable design oof form is a key factor to a software system in office automation. We present some methods of reasonable form design to meet user's demands and document managing rules. The methods help to insure documents can be transfered and exeeutal safely and effectively in computer system. We also illustrate the mothods by giving a concrete instance. |
