| 摘 要： | 以4-甲基愈创木酚和4-甲基乙基愈创木酚为起始原料,与莰烯进行烷基化缩合反应,然后再进行高压加氢,制得一种新的萜基环己醇类化合物,经人感官评价,具有木香香韵,其中用4-甲基乙基愈创木酚为原料制得的萜基环己醇类化合物,具有檀香特征香味;用电子鼻对所制得的萜基环己醇类化合物与市售的檀香类化合物进行比较,发现用4-甲基乙基愈创木酚为原料制得的萜基环己醇类化合物与罗地亚檀香差别很小,风味轮廓相似。该工作的新颖性已为2008年7月8日由教育部科技查新工作站(L06)出具的第L06-080103号《科技查新报告》所证实。

| Abstract: | A novel terpene-cyclohexanol was prepared with tetra-methylguaiacol or tetra-methylethylguaiacol as the starting material,by the alkylation with camphene,and then hydrogenation under high pressure.The products have woody aroma through human sensory evaluation.The products prepared with tetra-methylethylguaiacol have the character of the sandalwood like-odor.These products were detected by electronic nose.The results show that these compounds have little difference from Rhodia′s sandalwood.The novelty of this research was testified by the Mininstry of Education Novelty Search Workstations(L06) on July,8,2008.The testified number was L06-080103. |
