摘    要:当前我国的燃煤工业锅炉、窑炉普遍存在技术落后、效率低下、污染严重、监管难度大等问题,节能潜力超过1亿t煤,是煤炭节能减排技术的重点。实现工业炉窑燃煤节能是一个系统工程,关键是依靠燃煤技术和运行控制技术的进步,法规政策的促进和保障作用,社会化服务有助于推动新技术发展,先进的节能技术必会带来可观的经济和社会效益。

Analysis on the measures and key issues of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in the field of industrial boilers and kilns
Abstract:At present,there are many problems widely existing in current China's coal-fired industrial boilers and kilns such as backward technology,low efficiency,serious pollution and difficultly supervision.It is estimated that energy conservation potential of coal-fired industrial boilers and kilns would be over 100Mt coal.It becomes a main target of energy conservation and emission reduction in coal industry.Energy conser- vation of coal-fired industrial boilers and kilns is a systematic engineering,which must depend on the advanced technologies of coal combustion and operation control and the related regulations and policies.Social services can make contributions to the development of these new technologies.The advanced energy-saving technolo- gies will bring considerable economic and social benefits.
