摘    要:针对冀东油田高104-5区块高孔、高渗、疏松稠油油藏的特点,以黑色有机正电胶为油层保护主剂,按照屏蔽暂堵新原则选择不同类型的暂堵保护油层材料,并加入氯化钾和聚合物配制成一种保护油气层机理全面的新型广谱屏蔽暂堵保护油层钻井液体系KCl-BPS聚合物钻井液。室内研究和现场试验表明,该体系携岩能力强,抑制性好、润滑防塌效果显著,钻井液性能易于维护和调整,暂堵保护油层效果好。

Abstract:Based on such characteristics as high porosity, high permeability, loose formation and thick crude reservoir in block Gao104-5 in Jidong oilfield, a totally new temporary shielding plugging drilling fluid system of general applications, KCl-BPS polymer drilling fluid is developed. In this system, the black organic positive colloid (cationic asphalt) is used as the main additive for reservoir protection, and various temporary shielding plugging materials are selected according to the new principle, potassium chloride and certain kinds of polymers are also added into. Laboratory study and field testing shows that the system possesses such advantages as better cuttings transportation, better shale inhibition, good lubricity and sloughing control, etc. The drilling fluid performances are easy of conditioning and regulating, and minimal formation damages are produced by using this drilling fluid system.
