摘    要:针对某小型姿控固体火箭发动机瞬态推力的测量,在分析其瞬态推力测量原理的基础上,指出了瞬态推力测量和稳态推力测量的差异。根据姿控发动机瞬态推力的测量特点,提出了一种动态数字滤波补偿法,采用辨识建模、动态补偿和计算机仿真相结合的手段,建立测量系统的动态数学模型,并根据瞬态推力测量的要求,设计了系统模型的动态补,偿数字滤波器,从而改善了系统的动态响应特性,达到姿控发动机瞬态推力测量的目的。采用此方法对某小型姿控固体火箭发动机瞬态推力进行了测量,测量处理结果表明:动态数字滤波补偿法应用于发动机瞬态推力的测量是行之有效的。

Abstract:For the instantaneous thrust measurement of a certain small solid rocket motor, the difference between the instantaneous thrust measurement and general one was pointed out, on the basis of analyzing the measurement principle of solid rocker motor. Based on the characteristic of the instantaneous thrust measurement, a dynamic digital filtering compensation method was represented. By a combined method of identification modeling, dynamic compensation and computer simulation, the dynamic mathematic modeling of the measurement system was set up and the compensation digital filter of the model was designed. Thus the dynamic response characteristic of the system was improved and the instantaneous thrust of solid rocker motor was measured. By the method, the testing thrust of the attitude control solid rocket motor was deal with. The results show that the dynamic digital filter com- pensation method is effective in the instantaneous thrust measurement of solid rocket motor.
