| 摘 要： | 简单介绍了六西格玛(Six Sigma)管理模式,论述了在核电企业推广六西格玛管理理念的可行性、必要性以及实施六西格玛的步骤.核电厂引入六西格玛管理机制,可消除或减少人因失误,并期希望实现"零缺陷"质量和操作,降低事故风险,以实现核电厂的安全运行.

| Abstract: | Six sigma management mode is presented.The feasibility,necessity and the steps to extend six sigma in nuclear power plant are addressed.Nuclear power plant can eliminate or decrease human errors through importing six sigma management concept,then 'zero disfigurement' quality and operation can achieved,decreasing accident risk and realizing safety operation. |
