| 摘 要： | 英语外来语大量被汉语引用的原因有：英语背后强大的综合因素,英语自身的地位和功能,中国扩大国际交流。英语外来语常见的翻译方法有直接引用法、音译法、意译法、音义结合法等。综合来看,英语对汉语的影响既有其积极的一面,也有其消极的一面。

| Abstract: | The reasons of large amount of English loan words referenced by Chinese are as follows： the powerful comprehensive factors of the English language, the status and function of English language itself,the requirement of our reform and opening up. The common translation methods of English loan words includes direct reference, transliteration, free translation, combination of pronunciation and meaning and so on. According to the above factors, the impact of English loan words upon Chinese language both has its positive side and negative side. |
