摘    要:从转炉吹炼的角度探讨了渣中氧化铁含量、碱度、钢水温度等因素对脱磷的影响以及这些影响因素之间的相互作用,前期脱磷温度应控制在1350~1450℃;终渣碱度不小于3.5,初期渣碱度1.8~2.0;炉渣中的氧化铁含量15%~20%。提出了前期采用小流量、高枪位、迅速化渣的吹炼方法,强化前期脱磷,最终脱磷率稳定地控制在90%~95%,为优质钢的生产奠定了基础。

Abstract:This article discussed the influences of the FeO content in the slag, basicity of the slag and the temperature of molten steel etc on dephosphoirzation and the interaction of these factors. Then early dephosphoirzation temperature should be controlled in 1 350 - 1 450 ℃; The end slag basicity is not less than 3.5 and early slag basicity is 1.8 - 2.0; The FeO content in the slag is 15% - 20%. At the same time, some measures to control phosphor in steelmaking were brought out, such as using small flow early, high oxygen lance position and slag melting rapidly. By these measures, the dephosphorization rate can be reach 90% - 95%, laying a foundation for producing high quality steel.
