| 摘 要： | 理想的细胞色素P450 3A(CYP3A) 探针药物有助于检测CYP3A 活性, 辅助临床合理用药。本文对CYP3A 选择性探针药物进行比较和综合分析, 评价各种CYP3A 选择性探针药物的特点, 阐明对临床合理用药的指导意义。在已筛选的CYP3A 选择性探针药物中, 咪哒唑仑是一较理想的探药。

| Abstract: | Ideal probes for CYP3A can provide instruction for rationally clinical drug use.Comprehensive comparison and analysis were used for the present probes to evaluate the applicative characteristics of different selective probes for CYP3A and to indicate clinical value in rational drug therapy.Among the series of CYP3A probes, midazolam is considered the best one. |
