开关磁阻电机的三维有限元分析及性能研究

摘    要:磁场计算和调速控制是开关磁阻电机的研究热点,本文采用三维有限元分析法对开关磁阻电机的电磁场进行研究。在三维分析中,考虑了端部效应对电机电磁场分布的影响。采用整体建模的方法,并在施加载荷时引入跑道线圈这一概念。结果表明:三维有限元分析能更好地反映电机实际的磁场分布,得出电机静态曲线,为电机的控制研究奠定了基础。将有限元分析所得磁化曲线及电感、转矩数据用于改进的开关磁阻电机调速系统的模型中,来验证电机的动静态性能。

Abstract:Calculation of magnetic field and control of speed-adjusting has been a popular study for switched reluctance motor.Switched reluctance motor based on three-dimension finite element method with the terminal effect was analyzed.In three-dimension finite element method,whole modeling was adopted and racetrack coil was introduced while adding loads.The result indicates that three-dimension finite element analysis can reflect the magnetic field distribution of motor and get state character curve to be ready for developing control study of switched reluctance motor.Magnetization curves,inductance and torque character can be connected with switched reluctance drive to validate the steady and dynamic performance of motor.
