大容量汽轮机复合倾斜调节级研究

摘    要:在环形叶栅低速风洞上,对超临界汽轮机调节级导向叶栅进行了吹风实验.采用五孔球头测针,详细测量了由栅前至栅后7个横截面内气流参数沿叶高和节距的分布;应用墨迹显示技术,显示了沿上、下端壁及叶片面的极限流线谱.试验结果表明,具有后部加载和较大前缘圆的调节级导向叶栅通过收缩获得了良好的气动性能.

Abstract:Air blast test on governing - stage guided blade cascade for a supercritical turbine was carried out in a low speed wind tunnel with annular blade cascade, the distributions of gas flow parameter along blade height and pitch inside seven across sections from front blade to rear were measured in details with five - hole spherical head probe, and the limit steam - line pedigree along upper and lower wall ends and the surface of blade was demonstrated by means of trace - revealing technology. The testing results showed that the governing - stage guided blade cascade with front larger circle and rear load has a good performance through contraction.
