电解法再生热钾碱溶液的实验研究

摘    要:为了降低二氧化碳(CO_2)捕集过程中的成本,对利用膜电解技术再生热钾碱吸收液的机理进行了研究.以K_2CO_3和KHCO_3的混合液作为模拟液,用离子膜电解装置对其进行脱碳处理,得出电解再牛的方法.可以使回收液中的KHCO_3转化率达到100%,该过程在析出CO_2的同时产生H_2,起到了对热钾碱吸收液再生利用的作用.

Abstract:In this paper,the regeneration mechanism of potassium alkali solution absorbing carbon dioxide using ionexchange membrane electrolysis technology has been studied.In the experiment the solution of K_2CO_3 and KHCO_3 is used to simulate the basic solution.The results indicate that the membrane electrolysis can increase the concentration ratio of K_2CO_3 and KHCO_3 and achieve 100% conversion rate.In this process,not only CO_2 is desorbed from carbonate solution,but also hydrogen generates at the cathode,which is the most valuable in reducing energy consumption.Thus the inembrane electrolysis can be used in the regeneration of the K2CO3 absorbent.
