拆除混凝土的再生试验研究

摘    要:采用合理的技术措施回收拆除混凝土 ,再生出性能良好的混凝土集料 (简称再生集料 ) ,可用于生产新混凝土。结果表明 ,与天然集料相比 ,再生集料密度较低 ,吸水率较高。采用再生粗集料配制混凝土时 ,强度和抗冻性均良好 ,但收缩较大。而再生细集料则对混凝土的抗压强度产生显著影响。

Abstract:The demolition concrete reclaimed by adopting rational technical measures can be used to reproduce concrete aggregate(called reclaimed aggregate for short)with good properties and the reclaimed aggregate can be used to prepare new concrete.The results show that the density of the reclaimed aggregate is relatively low and its water absorption is relatively high as compared with those of the natural aggregates.When coarse reclaimed aggregate is used to prepare concrete,the concrete is good in strength and frost resistance and its shrinkage is rather great.The fine reclaimed aggregate has a remarkable influence on the compressive strength of concrete.
