600MW机组小汽轮机油中含水超标治理

针对华电包头公司2×600MW机组四台小机在正常运行和启停机过程中,润滑油中存在含水量大的情况,从设备结构及运行方式上进行了分析,提出了导致润滑油中含水量大的主要原因,并有针对性地进行了改造,解决了这个困扰该公司多年的问题,确保汽轮发电机组长周期安全经济运行。

Control of Exceeded the Water Content of Small Turbine Oil in 600MW Unit

In the process of the nomal operation and starting-up and shutting-down of four sets of small steam turbines in Huadian Baotou Corporation 2×600MW unit,the water content in lubricant is too large.On the analysis of equipment structure and operation mode,the paper brings forward the main reason that leads to the large water content in lubricant,and the targeted transformation has been carried out to solve this problem puzzled the company for many years,as well as,to ensure the safe and economic operation of the turbo generator set in a long run.
