Transient response of lossy transmission lines |

| Abstract: | Transient behaviour of lossy lines has been investigated and clarified. It has been shown that the lossy line terminated with a resistor ? (L/C) behaves similarly to a compensated resistive divider. Compensation occurs not only for distortionless lines, but also for so-called `quasidistortionless? lines. |
