| Abstract: | In order to realize the quantitative evaluation of a civil building engineering the authr points out first to accept or reject sentences of the qualitative comments one by one, then to use the fuzzy mapping technique to convert the qualitative comments into the quantitative marks, thus to realize the quantitative evaluation. The use of this method will be very wide, almost suitable for all objects which are evaluated by the qualitative comments. |
