酸性蛋白酶537处理绵羊蓝湿革对皮革延伸性能影响的研究

摘    要:直接用537蛋白酶处理绵羊蓝湿革,同时对蓝湿革退鞣,退鞣以后再用537处理蓝湿革。测定处理前后成革的伸长率、撕裂强度,观察组织结构的变化。试验表明:用酶处理使纤维分散已达相当程度的绵羊服装革,在进一步松散纤维的同时会引起纤维的交联;提高成革伸长率的可靠方法是,先退鞣再用酶处理。

Abstract:The elongation and tearing strength of sheep garment wet blue samples that both before and after being detanned were measured after they were treated with acid protease 537,and control tests were carried out simultaneously.It shows that the protease may cause fiber cross-link in sheep garment leathers whose fiber dispersion degree is high.The proper way to improve the elongation rate of leather is to treat it with protease after detanning.
