| 摘 要： | 首先对第三代移动通信的目标和特点进行了介绍,在对现有的一些第三代移动通信实现方案描述的基础上,着重对虚拟无线电进行了分析,提出了虚拟无线电作为一种新技术在第三代移动通信中的重要地位。
