| 摘 要： | 研究了使用PSD的空间光通信粗跟瞄系统对光束的位置分辨率。通过理论计算和实验得知,当入射在PSD光敏面上的信标光功率约为2.8 μW时,粗跟瞄系统的位置分辨率约为12.6μm。同时,通过计算机模拟,对PSD的线性度进行了理论值和实验值的对比。

| Abstract: | In this paper, through theoretical arithmetic and experiments, we develop the position resolution to the beam in coarse-tracking subsystem of spatial optical communication that used PSD From the experiments, when the power of the beacon beam on the photosurface of the PSD is about 2.8μW,the spatial position resolution is about 12.6μm Meanwhile, through computer simulation and experiments, we have compared the experimental data and the theoretical data of the linearity of PSD. |
