| 摘 要： | 介绍了关于短波信道话音传输特性AVQ估值的方法,提出了一种适用于新型短波chirpALE系统的AVQ估值算法,对算法的参数进行了优化设计,并和军标的测量方案性能进行了对比,证实了该算法的性能符合军标规定。

Evaluation of Voice Quality on HF Channel Based on Chirp Modem |

| Abstract: | Analogue voice is an important service in HF communication.In order to get a good effect of voice transmission, the channel feature of achievable voice quality should be evaluated.Based on the US military, standards an AVQ evaluation algorithm used in a new type of ALE modem-chirp modem is developed, which is originated from a coherent function algorithm in voice signal processing.From the experiment,it is proved that the performance of this algorithm meets the request of the military standards. |
