| 摘 要： | 集体建设用地流转是市场经济发展的必然.目前,我国集体建设用地流转都倾向于宅基地流转,并且区域不同,流转的条件不同.本文设计了宅基地抵押流转系统,给出了宅基地抵押流转实际操作的步骤和具体算法,提出了在宅基地抵押流转过程中可由保险公司、村集体或其他农户等进行担保,由金融机构将贷款的部分资金按风险度及系数划转给保险公司.

| Abstract: | Collective land circulation is the inevitable result of the development of the market economy.At present,collective construction land circulation turns to rural residing land in our country,and in different regions,circulative conditions are different.This paper establishes the system of the rural residing land circulation.The practical steps and specific algorithms of the circulation are given.Insurance companies,village or other collectives could guarantee the farmers in the process of the rural residing land circulation.Financial institutions will loan part of funds and transfer to the insurance companies by judging risk factors. |
