摘    要:配电网重构是一个多目标、多约束、离散的非线性组合优化问题。根据配电网的特点,结合开关交换原理和网络构建算法,提出了开关状态互换的概念,并对其实现优化的原理进行了详细分析,表明可以收敛到最优解。利用启发信息简化寻优途径,在求解过程中运用禁忌思想,避免不必要的重复计算,大大加快收敛速度。将配电网供电恢复和优化重构统一考虑,并考虑了电容器的投切,为运行人员提供满足系统电压、容量和拓扑约束的配电网运行结构和开关操作列表,构建了配电网的优化运行方式。算例表明该算法是有效的。

Abstract:Distribution network reconfiguration is a multi-objective,multi-constraint,discrete nonlinear combinatory optimization problem.Based on factual characteristics of the distribution network,utilizing the theory of switch exchange and the algorithm for network reconfiguration,a concept of the switch state alternative is proposed.The detailed theoretical analysis is illustrated on the usage of this concept in solving optimization problem,which proves that calculations can always converge to the optimal solution.In the solving process,this paper makes full use of heuristic information to shorten the searching route and utilizes Tabu to avoid redundant calculation and remarkably shortened time needed for convergence.Moreover,restoration and optimal reconfiguration are coordinated,and throw-in and off of capacitors are considered.All these provide the operator with operating configuration of distribution network that meets the voltage constraint,capacity constraint as well as topology constraint of power system,and also offer a list of switching operation.Therefore,the optimal operating mode of distribution network can be constructed.Results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible.
