1215钢与Ti6Al4V合金的动态应力应变行为

摘    要:通过热模拟实验研究易切削材料1215钢和难切削材料Ti6Al4V合金的动态应力应变行为,讨论易切削材料和难切削材料动态形变行为的差异及其原因,分析切削过程中2种材料的形变再结晶行为。结果表明:1215钢在高温低应变速率条件下,可以诱发动态再结晶过程,出现明显的软化;对于Ti6Al4V合金,在Zener-Hollomon参数(Z参数)较小时,没有出现明显的软化,相反在高应变速率下出现了软化,这种现象难以用动态再结晶理论来解释。

Abstract:Dynamic stress-strain behaviors of Ti6Al4V alloy and 1215 steel were analyzed by heat simulation.The difference as well as mechanism of dynamic deformation behaviors between easy-cutting material and difficult-cutting material was discussed.Deformation and recrystallization behaviors were analyzed in two materials.Results show dynamic recrystallization process in 1215 steel can be promoted at low strain rate resulting in obvious softening in stress-strain curve.In Ti6Al4V alloy,there is no peak strain in stress-train curve when Z parameter is small.However,at large strain rote,softening occurres resulting in peak strain in Ti6Al4V alloy.This phenomenon can not be explained by dynamic recrystallization.
