| 摘 要： | 改善现有设备维修方式中所存在的维修费用高、设备利用率低等弊病的同时 ,应执行好全员预防性维修 (TPM )计划。强调设备操作人员的全面参与和企业领导的重视、支持 ,以适应市场经济的要求 ,从而做到降低设备维修成本 ,提高维修质量 ,使企业在市场经济的洪流中具有更稳固、更强大的竞争力

When carrying out the plan, we should emphasize the total participation of equipment operators and the support of the enterprise leaders to adapt to the demand of market economy. |
