| 摘 要： | 文章结合计算机经济犯罪的主要特点,从三个方面详细阐述了当今公安机关在制定侦查对策时所应注意的一些问题,以便能够准确地确定案件侦查取证的目标、制定出高效的搜查策略,并且合理的对涉案物品进行扣押,对提高计算机经济犯罪案件的侦破效率提供了一定的指导意义.

| Abstract: | This paper based on the main characteristics of computer economic crimes,elaborates in detail the issues that the public security organs should pay attention to when developing the investigation countermeasure from three aspects.In order to be able to accurately determine the goals of investigation and forensic in cases,develop an effective search strategy and seizure the items involved in cases reasonably.It provides some guidance to improve the detection efficiency of the computer economic crime cases. |
