| 摘 要： | 通过数值模拟分析,比较了不同形状反挤压凸模对挤压过程中金属流动、挤压力以及凸模温升等方面的影响,进而得出凸模形状对反挤压成形工艺的影响,为挤压凸模及挤压件形状的优化设计提供一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The influences of various punch shapes of backward extrusion to metal flow,extrusion force and punch temperature rise were analyzed through numerical simulation.The influence of punch shapes to the extrusion process was discussed.The analysis results could provide reference to the optimal design of extrusion punch shape. |
