摘    要:对一种发动机导向器叶片的变形、裂纹及其断口进行金相和电镜分析。结果表明,发动机温度场不均匀,出现局部高温、致使导向器叶片产生过烧,造成变形和裂纹。

Abstract:The paper gives analysis to the tests on deformation cracks and fracture of an engines nozzle vanes done by metallographic and scan electromicroscope methods The results show that the non unibormity of engine temperature fields and the partial high temperature lead to overheat of the nozzle vanes and result in deformation and cracks
