Development of Automatic Leveling System on Static Pile Driver

Adjusting and keeping the level of static pile driver deck are key factors to ensure the quality of finished pile. It is difficult to assure the horizontal accuracy by manual adjustment. High-speed on-off valve is used to compose an automatic leveling system of static pile driver, which works steadily, reliably and is easy to be popularized. Work efficiency and the quality of finished pile are increased. Principle of the system, research development of software and hardware are introduced in the article.
