纳米Al2O3改性聚四氟乙烯力学性能的研究

摘    要:通过压制和烧结 ,制备了纳米Al2 O3 改性聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE) ,并研究了改性PTFE的物理机械性能。结果表明 :纳米Al2 O3 粒子对PTFE有显著的增强作用 ,提高了复合材料的拉伸强度和硬度 ;降低了摩擦系数 ,但也使复合材料的断裂伸长率降低

Abstract:Nano Al 2O 3modified polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) was made by process of pressing and sintering,and the mechanical properties of the modified PTFE were studied by means of test The results showed that nano Al 2O 3had important effect on the improvement of the reinforcing of PTFE,the use of nano Al 2O 3increased the tensile strength and hardness of PTFE,and the friction coefficient of PTFE was decreased,while the elongation at break of PTFE decreased at the same time So the content of nano Al 2O 3should be controlled according to the requirement for the application of the modified PTFE
