| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的高速发展,企业竞争日益加剧,人才成为企业生存发展的最终决定力量。进入21世纪的物流业得到了突飞猛进的发展,各大企业对物流人才的需求开始急剧上升,从质与量双方面都有了更高的要求。文章将根据当前市场的物流人才需求特点,结合当前高职院校的物流人才培养存在的问题,以构建新型的适应物流业的高速发展的新型物流人才的培养模式。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of market economy, enterprise competition is increasing and talents become the ultimate decisive force for the enterprise＇s survival and development. Entering the 21st century, logistics industry has been developed rapidly. The demands of large enterprises for logistics talent begin to increase sharply and it has higher requirements from both quality and quantity. According to the characteristics of logistics talent demands of the current market and combining the current problems existing in the logistics talent training in higher vocational colleges, this paper constructs a new logistics talent training model which can adapt the high-speed development of the logistics industry. |
