摘    要:根据镇海炼化股份有限公司加氢裂化装置1996—2001年加工高硫原料油时暴露出的工艺及设备问题,分析了裂化反应器床层压降升高、脱丁烷塔系统腐蚀及部分产品腐蚀不合格的原因,采用了相应改进措施。

Abstract:Aiming at the process and equipment corrosion problems occurred in the hydrocrac-king unit of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company during sour feedstock processing in 1996 - 2001, a-nalysis was proceeded on the corrosion reasons such as high pressure drop in the cracking reactor, corrosion in the debutanizer and the unqualified corrosion indexes of some products, and appropriate improving measures were taken.
