复合材料自动化模压生产线的研究与应用

摘    要:介绍了全自动复合材料净化槽外壳、模压成型生产线的工艺流程,包括机器人上料、高精度模压成型、机器人取件、产品打磨和激光开孔等工艺;此生产线的控制系统采用以线体主控PLC为核心,配合分布式I/O的控制方案,采用限位开关检测机构,配合报警系统和网络监测,保证自动化生产的安全性和可靠性。此生产线应用于新型净化槽外壳的自动化模压成型,极大地提高了生产效率和产品的合格率。

Abstract:This paper introduces the process flow of the production line for the automatic composite material purification tank shell molding production line,including robot loading,high-precision molding,robot picking,product grinding and laser drilling;the control system adopts the line body.Control PLC as the core,with the control scheme of distributed I/O,and adopts a limit switch detection mechanism to cooperate with the alarm system and network monitoring to ensure the safety and reliability of automated production.The wire body is applied to the automatic production of the new purification tank casing,which greatly improves the production efficiency and increased product pass rate.
