提高满液式冷水机组性能的途径分析

摘    要:针对如何提高满液式冷水机组的性能进行阐述:分析螺杆式压缩机内容积比与等熵效率的关系对机组性能的影响,提出内容积比选择的观点;分析蒸发温度和冷凝温度对机组性能的影响,同时考虑成本问题提出控制蒸发温度与冷凝温度的设计建议;从管路设计方面提出降低管路压力损失的措施;分析满液式蒸发器回油方式对机组性能的影响,提出控制回油的实施方案。

Abstract:It s elaborated focusing on how to improve the performance of flooded water chiller.The effect of the relationship between the volume ratio and isentropic efficiency of screw compressor on the performance of flooded water chiller is analyzed,and the opinions on the selection of volume ratio are stated.The effect of evaporating and condensing temperatures on water chiller s performance is analyzed,and some suggestions on design of the evaporating and condensing temperatures are proposed with the consideration of costs.The measures of reducing the pressure drop are proposed from the piping design.The effect of oil return form on the performance of flooded water chiller is analyzed,and the scheme for oil return control is proposed.
