摘    要:为满足某型号航天产品的热真空试验要求,设计了专用的控温热沉,由热沉、加热器及配套的控温系统等组成。本文简述了某型号专用控温热沉的设计,并对该结构进行了仿真分析验证,分析结果表明,产品发热量为200W时,空间温度最高可高于+120℃,热沉本体低温可低于-180℃,具备温控条件。温控系统采用PID自适应调节,使用结果表明,能将空间温度度在(-180^+120)℃可控,控温精度可达±0.5℃,满足试验要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the thermal vacuum test requirements of a certain aerospace product, a special temperature-controlled heat sink is designed, which consists of a heat sink, a heater and a supporting temperature control system. This paper briefly describes the design of a special temperature control heat sink for a certain product, and carries out simulation analysis and verification of the structure. The analysis results show that, when the product heat is 200 W, the space temperature can be higher than +120℃, the heat sink body temperature can be lower than-180℃, with temperature control conditions. The temperature control system adopts PID adaptive adjustment. The results show that the space temperature can be controlled from-180℃ to +120℃, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.5℃, which meets the test requirements.
