我国电信企业体验营销策略分析

摘    要:进入21世纪,体验营销作为市场营销发展的新阶段,对于促进电信企业发展起到了重要的作用。我国电信企业的营销应以体验为基础,致力开发用户认可的业务,积极开展各种体验活动,强化与客户的互动关系,以此触动和激发客户内在的情感和需求,才能吸引并保持大量客户,树立企业良好的品牌形象,提高市场竞争能力。

Abstract:As a new phase of marketing,experience marketing has played an important role in the development of telecommunication enterprises in the 21st century.Based on the experience,telecommunication enterprises should dedicate themselves to offering consumers services recognized by them,spreading varied experience activities,and strengthen the mutual relationship with consumers.Thereby telecommunication enterprises can touch off consumers' internal sensibility and requirement,attract and keep mass consumer,establish favorable brand and improve the competence in the market.
