微波辐射法干燥仲钼酸铵新工艺

摘    要:研究了利用微波干燥仲钼酸铵的新工艺 ,试验结果表明 :经微波干燥 90s ,仲钼酸铵的脱水率为 99.98% ,并通过实验得出微波干燥的主要因素为干燥时间 ,其次为物料重量和微波功率。在本实验范围内的最佳条件为微波功率 5 2 5W、干燥时间 90s、物料重量 15 g。

A NEW PROCESS OF DRYING AMMONIUM MOLYBDATE BY MEANS OF MICROWAVE RADIATION
Abstract:A new process of dring molybdenum trioxide by means of microwave radiation was studied.Experimental results indicated that the rate of remove water was 99.98% by drying molybdenum trioxide for 90 s by means of microwave radiation and the primary influence factor was dying time,the following was material weight and microwave power.The optimum condition of this experiment was that the microwave power was 525 W,the dring time was 90 s,the materiel wight was 15 g.
