摘    要:木聚糖酶是木聚糖降解酶系中起主要作用的酶,微生物来源的木聚糖酶多数是诱导产生的。研究了不同底物对Bacillus pumilus WL-11产生木聚糖酶的影响,并对以木糖作唯一碳源培养菌体在衰亡期时发酵液中木聚糖酶酶活的升高现象进行了研究。结果表明,由Bacillus pumilus WL-11 产生的木聚糖酶是诱导产生的,在所试验的碳源中,木聚糖为唯一碳源时产酶最高;木糖在低浓度时对WL-11产酶的诱导作用高于其在高浓度时的诱导作用;在细胞衰亡期细胞破碎其细胞内部的组成型酶释放到发酵液中,导致发酵液中酶活升高。

Abstract:Xylanase is the most important enzyme among the xylanolytic system. Most of the microbial xylanase is inducible. In this article, we studied the influence of different carbon sources to the production of the xylanase from Bacillus pumilus WL-11, and the phenomenon that the xylanase activities rising during the cell death period when using xylose as the only carbon source. The results show that the xylanase from Bacillus pumilus WL-11 is inducible, and xylan is the best inducer in all tested carbon sources. The induction of xylose in lower concentration is more than that in higher concentration. Released consisted-enzyme during the cell death period leads the increase of the xylanase activity.
