摘    要:
以四氯化钛等为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2,制品为锐钛矿相和金红石相的混合物,随着热处理温度的升高,其中的锐钛矿相的比例逐渐降低,金红石相比例逐渐上升;又以Na2SiO3为原料,对TiO2进行表面改性,制得TiO2/SiO2复合材料。研究发现,原位改性后的TiO2在可见光下光催化甲醛可以发生聚合反应。

Stady on SiO2-modified Nano-TiO2 and its Photocatalytic Property

Abstract:
Nano-TiO2 pallicles were prepared by the sol-gel method. The starting materials were titanium tetrachloride, alcohol, and ammonia water. The resultant samples were composed of anatase and ruffle TiO2. With the treated temperature increasing, the ratio of the rutile-TiO2/the anatase-TiO2 in the obtained powder is increased. TiO2/SiO2 composites were prepared using Na2SiO3 as SiO2 source. Photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde in aqueous solution was conducted using the prepared TiO2 powder. The results showed that formaldehyde was polymerized under sunlight.
