| 摘 要： | 通过对国家标准GB 5413-2010和德国拜法公司微生物法测维生素试剂盒说明书的研究,做对比试验,两种检测方法差异率小于10%。找出试剂盒标准曲线的实际质量分数,绘制出标准曲线,定出实验室适用的试剂盒方法。
