| 摘 要： | 为移动终端提供逻辑虚号码的实现中,计费是关键问题,基于现有计费方法解决该问题存在许多不足.在对移动网络分离计费方法进行分析的基础上,提出了平台归属位置定义法、重置分离点计费法两种办法以及方案优化计费法的建议来解决对移动终端逻辑虚号码的计费问题.对类似的移动语音类新增值业务计费问题的合理解决具有同样的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Service charging is a key problem to face in order to provide multi-logical virtual numbers to mobile terminals. Current charging methods are difficult to solve to adapt current network condition. Based on split charging technology, two methods of location definition charging, reset split point charging and one suggestion of optimized scenario are suggested. All of them are usable to guide the service implement. |
