| 摘 要： | 生产实习是教学与生产实践的关联纽带,将二者有机结合是实现高素质人才培养的重要途径。作者在明确生产实习重要性的同时,针对现阶段生产实习面临的困难,提出创建与专业课程有机结合的生产实习模式,建立了参观实习、自主设计、配套实现为一体的生产实习体系,并采用实习论文与实践成果的综合验收方式,保证了生产实习的教学质量。该模式已在本校电气工程及其自动化专业的生产实习中进行了实践,取得了较好的效果。
