织物防水透湿涂层整理概述

防水透湿涂层整理技术在国际上已有50多年的发展历程。目前，防水透湿涂层织物在我国越来越流行，已拥有200条以上的涂层生产线，因而助剂国产化势在必行。文章介绍了防水透湿涂层织物的特点、用途，并以德美化工的防水透湿涂层胶为例阐述了该类织物的加工工艺，以及工艺控制重点等。

Coating Finish for Imparting Waterproof and Moisture-permeable Fuction to Fabric

The development of coating technology for water- proof and moisture-permeable finish has gone through a history of over half a century. Waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric, as a value-added product with special functions and good application prospects, has been put on top of the development plan of many textile producers at home and abroad. With the development of science and technology, state-of-the-art technologies are being introduced to the coating finish to improve the quality of existing waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric. Recently, waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric has become more and more popular in China. There are more than 200 coating lines in China, posing high demand for auxiliaries. The article introduces the characteristics and applications of waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric. Based on the coating paste made by Dymatic Chemicals Inc., it also introduces the process for producing such fabric and key parameters for quality control.
