玻璃钢抽油杆失效分析与对策

摘    要:玻璃钢抽油杆的失效类型分为断杆和脱扣两种,杆体的劈断和劈散是其最常见的失效形式。影响玻璃钢抽油杆失效的主要因素包括材料质量、制造工艺、承受载荷、井况、作业施工、运输和储存等几个方面。为防止玻璃钢抽油杆早期失效,应严把产品进货质量关;正确选择油井;按应力范围图进行玻璃钢杆柱设计;按要求作业施工;完善生产管理措施。此外,建议进一步发展和完善玻璃钢抽油杆柱超深抽采油的井下泵工况诊断与分析技术,确保抽油设备高效可靠地运行。

Abstract:The failure of reinforced plastic fiberglass sucker rod is classified into bud and thread off, and the break of the rod body is the common failure pattern. The main factors causing the failure of the reinforced plastic fiberglass sucker rod lie in product quality,manufacturing technology, load bearing, well conditions, operation, transportation and storage.To prevent premature failure of the reinforced plastic fiberglass sucker rod, high quality products should be purchased,proper wells should be selected, the rod string design should be based on the stress range chart and operation and management should be dried out according to requirements.Besides, it is suggested that the diagnosis and analysis technique of the wolking conditions of the subsurface pump be further develoed and improved to ensure the effective and reliable operation of oil pumping equipment.
